A lot of mountains and volcanoes are seen in the backdrop as someone drives down the Pan-American Highway towards Rivas and the beaches San Juan del Sur and those surrounding.  Many take this drive and hardly notice the huge natural monuments in their sight.  All they can think about is the precious Nicaragua Beach Property they are going to see and invest in.  They are thinking of their hotel, bed and breakfast, or gourmet seafood restaurant they are going to build on that property.  They will be just one more of many of the ones that already exist on this Nicaragua land.
