About two months after I moved in I got a letter announcing we would be re-roofing the building and my share would be $2,500.00. First I panicked, and then I began to think.

Surely, I reasoned, I could find a little part-time home bussiness which would generate extra cash. So I went online and located a company looking for virtual operators to answer phones, and I applied.

For the next year I worked about twenty hours a week taking calls at home, when I wasn’t at my full-time job. I paid the assessment, picked up some additional income, and learned quite a lot about working from home.
