I was just reading about home remedies, and I came across a mention of a home remedy colon cleanse.  Is a colon cleanse really a common home remedy? What types of things does this home remedy help to cure? I am always looking for new home remedies I can use to avoid taking medication and a lot of doctor visits, so I would love to learn more about this.  Which colon cleanse products work the best without having a lot of side effects? I wouldn’t want to use it to cure one thing only to end up having something else result from the cure.
