You’ll eat so much less during the day, you’ll be surprised. Quick diet loss. Water can be spruced up with lemon and Splenda, and icecubes. I just like to be drinking water or diet soda all the time, and I have noticed when I do that, I eat far less. I have something to be consuming, and I’m less likely to go look for food to range on.
