I really want to start my own catering business, maybe with a small storefront area where I can sell desserts. However, in order to do this I need to find a location and find the supplies I need, including a commercial refrigerator freezer in order to keep everything at the proper temperature. I wouldn’t want to make any of my customers sick, that really wouldn’t be a good start for my business! Does anyone know where I might be able to find some used kitchen equipment to help me get started without spending quite so much money as I would have to for new equipment?
