There was once when an entire team of salesman was admitted to hospital for food poisioning. After some investigation, the culprit was pin point to the coffee in our office.However, there was nothing with the coffee, but there was something terribly wrong with our coffee makers. Because, nobody bothers asking about how to clean coffee maker, it was never done correctly and there are "debris" left over from coffee brewed years ago. Little wonder that people would get food poisioning, anyone would get stomach upset eating left over food, not to mentioned something that was left over years ago…
