I have always liked the look of gold while my wife has always liked to have silver jewelry.  Most men would not see a problem with this and would jump at the chance to buy silver rather than gold.   I had to learn to like it but now I wonder why I felt that way in the first place.  Just the other day she found a silver necklace online that she just had to have and I was a little nervous about her not being able to try it on so we could see it on her.  We ended up laughing at our concern when it arrived and she put it on.  With her Italian complexion and her blue eyes the silver just sparkled and looked like it was made just for her.  When silver looks good on you it’s a pretty universal thing so online shopping for jewelry isn’t so scary anymore.  It saves my having to stand around the mall, too.
