Teachers should continue to learn and educate themselves because everyday there are new information that are coming out. So it is best to update oneself with the facts.  That is why there are Continuing Education For Teachers.  So they will not get left behind and they will be able to teach the latest to the kids.  After all, that is why parents pay for high tuition fees so that their kids get the best education that they can afford, sometimes they even loan money so that they can sustain their children’s education.  Plus, the styles and techniques change too so it would be much better if my child’s teachers are learning as much as she is learning too.
