Ab Exercises: Just A Part Of The Plan.

Being a man, I’m somewhat concerned about the added weight that seems to creep up on me as I get older.

This is just a normal sign of aging and of my body’s metabolism slowing.

To combat this ongoing dilemma, I decided to begin an exercise regimen focusing on many parts of my body but really hitting my abs the most.

Doing abs exercises is painstakingly slow and tortuous. It seems the more you do, the less results you get.

This is primarily due to the fact that in order to really see results, all the fat hiding our abs must be lost first.

So exercise is just a part of the plan.
